FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Ensure the scalp is clean for assessment
Please wash your hair 24 hours prior to your appointment without applying heavy oils or styling products directly to the scalp.
Make the scalp accessible
If you wear extensions, weaves, or hair systems, please ensure the scalp can be easily examined during your assessment.
Bring medication and supplement details
Bring a full list of any current medications, supplements, or recent medical treatments you are undergoing.
Bring recent blood test results
If you have had blood work completed within the last 6 months (e.g. ferritin, thyroid, vitamin D), please bring copies to your appointment.

When medical investigation or prescription treatment is appropriate, we may direct you to your GP, to the official Pharmacy partner of our clinic, or another suitable professional. Our focus is always on your best interests and ensuring you receive the right care.
