What happens during the consultation?
Before your appointment, you may be asked to complete a consultation form and provide clear photographs of your hair and scalp. During the online appointment, we will discuss your concerns, hair history, scalp symptoms, health, lifestyle, nutrition, current products and routine. I will explain my observations and recommend suitable next steps, which may include hair-care changes, product guidance, further medical investigation or referral where appropriate. This only applies to full hair & scalp consultation

How appointments take place
Consultations are currently provided online, allowing clients across the UK and internationally to access support from home. The private booking link and meeting details will be provided after payment and confirmation.
In-person consultations may be introduced in the future when a suitable clinic location becomes available. -
What clients should prepare
Please attend your consultation with:
- Clear photographs of the hair and scalp
- A list of current medications and supplements
- Relevant blood-test results, where available
- Details of products currently being used
- A brief history of when the concern started
- Information about recent illness, pregnancy, dieting, stress or hormonal changes
Important professional note
Online consultations are based on the information and photographs provided by the client. Some concerns cannot be fully assessed online and may require an in-person examination, blood tests, a GP appointment, dermatologist review or another healthcare professional. Cosmetic products cannot diagnose, cure or treat every form of hair loss or scalp disease.
Why book with me?
My approach combines trichology knowledge, careful listening and practical hair-care guidance. I do not believe in recommending random products without first considering the possible cause of the concern. My aim is to help clients understand their hair and scalp, make informed decisions and recognise when professional or medical support may be needed.

FAQs
Are consultations online?
Yes. All consultations are currently conducted online.
Do I need to live in the UK?
No. Online consultations can be booked from other countries, although recommendations and referral options may depend on the client’s location.
Can you guarantee that my hair will grow back?
No ethical practitioner can guarantee hair regrowth. The outcome depends on the cause, the condition of the follicles, general health and other individual factors.
Will I automatically be advised to buy HairGlowry products?
No. Recommendations will be based on your individual needs. HairGlowry products may be discussed where suitable, but they will not replace medical care when a concern requires further investigation.
Can you diagnose my condition online?
An online consultation can provide professional observations and guidance, but some conditions require physical examination, trichoscopy, laboratory tests or assessment by a doctor or dermatologist.
Can I receive a refund if I miss my appointment?
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable.
